Terms & Conditions
The Crosta Lighting Collection consists of a range of lighting fixtures that includes Chandeliers, Pendant Lights and Wall Sconces. Placement of an order confirms that the buyer has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Prices and Ordering
All prices are U.S. dollars and subject to change. Once an order is placed the Buyer will receive an order confirmation from Crosta Lighting. The order confirmation will list the details of the order as we received it. If any detail of the order is incorrect the buyer must notify us in writing within 48 hours so that we may correct it. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim of receiving the wrong fixture or fixtures. We are not responsible for any errors the buyer makes in ordering one of our fixtures.
Custom orders will be charged an additional 20% on top of the retail price. This includes any combination of colors, patinas, or hardware not already available in the drop down order menus.
Lead time begins with receipt of payment. Lead time for our fixtures is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise noted. Lead times are approximate and not guaranteed.
We ship only in the U.S. and all standard shipping costs are included in the price. All fixtures will be securely wrapped and double boxed. They will be insured for the full amount of the purchase price. We will ship the fixture USPS Priority Mail unless the size of the container exceeds their limit. If the container is oversized we will ship via USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground. Shipping upgrades for UPS will require a surcharge. There may be additional charges for shipping oversize containers to Alaska or Hawaii.
All shipping times are approximate and will vary according to the delivery location. Crosta Lighting is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense resulting from any delay of delivery due to the operation of the carrier.
Crosta Lighting will not be responsible for any damage of goods during transit by the carrier. All deliveries must be inspected for damage and reported to the carrier and to Crosta Lighting at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any damage claim must include photographs and a description of the damage. The buyer must retain the original packaging and comply with the carrier's requirement for submitting a claim. Failure to do so may invalidate the claim.
Crosta Lighting will not be responsible for any damage incurred to any fixture during the handling or installation of the fixture.
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds, and we do not sell individual globes or components. Please see the above shipping information on reporting a damage claim.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall our liability for money damages exceed the invoice amount paid by the buyer. If enforceable under applicable laws, we will not be liable in any event for unusual, secondary, resultant or exemplary damages arising out of the terms of this agreement or out of the use of the products provided by us, including without limitation, any cost or damage relating to any loss of profits, goodwill, business, bodily injury or loss of property even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery of goods which might be due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to any contingency, delay, failure, or cause of, any nature beyond our reasonable control. Without limiting in any way the generality of the foregoing, these might include unavailability of raw materials, utilities, or components, breakdowns of equipment or delays in equipment repair, acts of God, war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, earthquake, lightning strikes, storms or other weather damage, or any acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or preventing parties from completing production or delivery of goods.
Amendment of Terms
The terms and conditions of this agreement may not be changed or modified in any way except by a written instrument suitably executed by both parties. In the event that any fixture is delivered other than what has been specified and agreed upon in the final order confirmation, the buyer must notify Crosta Lighting within 48 hours in writing. We reserve the right to correct any errors before any back charges will be considered.
